How do we  . . . save ourselves and escape the Witch . . . receive the Goose that Lays the Golden Eggs? How do we get . . .  through the woods . . .  find our Grandmother . . .  Save our Sister? Our Brother? Ourselves? how do we get Home? How do we get to the Ball?

We begin to experience the stories as the Yoga of our Soul and Psyche, from the inside out, telling and writing and enacting their magnificent perfectly chose details, . . . we begin to see and understand ourselves in entriely fresh and new ways; wasy that open unlimited possibilities of choice to us . . .

And our bodies already know these stories!  They hold them, so stalwartly- waiting and trying to tell us!  So patient So generous!

• Foster an intimate relationship with Yoga — Spirit, Asana, Nutrition, Philosophy and Instruction

.• Deepen your yoga practice and explore Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.
 
• Study human anatomy and learn how to align the body with the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment™.

• Learn to comfortably instruct “The Vital Vinyasa Flow.”

• Develop your skills in the areas of business and entrepreneurship.

• Detoxify through an Ayurvedic cleanse and unlimited 3-month yoga membership.

INVESTMENT

• $3,500 ($3,000 if paid in full before Feb. 1, 2010)
• Includes 3 months of unlimited yoga at all three Vital Yoga Studios (a value of $330) and Ayurvedic Cleanse ($250).
* Fulfills 108 hours of Anusara Immersion requirements for future Anusara certification.

Additional requirements: 2 Anusara yoga classes and 4 hours independent work toward the immersion's commuity service project per section.

Grand Canyon, Arizona

The great liberation we have found as our own beauty deepens with age, is the freedom to be exactly who we are, to live our own rhythm, to speak with our own voices.  The heart of the Grand Canyon, the influence that formed it, is unseen from afar, just as the force that has shaped our unique beauty lies patiently below the surface, knowing its own flow, cadence and direction.  What would happen if we slipped through the great crevice of ourselves and fell into that mysterious current that has always been running. . . roaring. . . skipping, splashing, gurgling and giggling and weeping  . . . contented . . . wild . . . risky and serene?

Through yoga practices we will stretch and enliven our outer form and gaze more potently to that inner shrine.  With magnificent writing techniques, we will enter, with passionate listening, in the boats of our writing, the great silence, rowing into sound words, messages and meaning.
